Chen Taijiquan DVD with Master Ren GuangYi This world renowned master presents his instruction method of 75 movements of Lao Jia Ye Lu. This form of marshall arts is one to promote balance and overall body strength, as well as teaching centering and peace of mind. It is an excellent home exercise DVD you will want to try, suitable for any age. 
Speak French with Michel Thomas is an amazing audio lesson plan. Although I knew no French when I began listening to this in my car, I knew over 2,000 words and phrases by the end of a six hour trip! And with the easy to learn method of Michel, I retained this new language to use it even a month later. His method requires no writing, no books, no memorization. He is a genius languages teacher in my opinion and I am eager to begin the more advanced set of CD's. I wish I had had this wonderful method when I was plodding away with Spanish in school. This is a wonderful way to learn a language, like a child learns his or her fisrt language, by listening and repeating. I am so glad I discovered this set.
BASIC LANGUAGE DVD COURSES FROM MASTERVISION:These new DVD's are an innovative way of learning a foreign language. Packaged with two different languages on each of five DVD's, you can select which ones to attempt first. The graphics are unsophistocated and help you have something to see to make the words "stick" in your mind. And the visuals continued to play in my mind, helping me to continue practicing the language after I finished each session of watching. With a few minutes of dedicaiton and practice each day, you could learn any of these languages quite easily. With over a thousand words and phrases in two different languages on each DVD, these are a very good value. They are very handy to have and a nice way to conquer a new language without the expense or time of going to class or paying a tutor. Really a good series for a serious student or for traveling to a new country. Use them at home or in your computer, or watch them for a quick emergency course on the long plane flight to a new adventure. .
LEAD THE FIELD by Earl Nightingale could be considered the "secret kernel of wisdom" of all motivational audio series. Nightingale, who grew up too poor to own books college, made a life long study of how to better oneself and he became the leader of his field as a speaker and with his 7,000 motivational radio and TV commentaries. View From the Top by Zig Ziglar, known as one of the foremost and upbeat motivational speakers, is at his best in this set of audio recordings. He'll get you to be positive in your self talk, deeply committed to your goals, and highly motivated to create your Mission Statement, or game plan. He helps you identify the direction you should take by asking these questions:
"What am I so excited about I cannot keep my mouth shut about it?... What do you love to do, say, write, peak about?... What are your talents and how you enjoy spending your time? What do you want your eulogy to be? ... YOU have to be excited about it."
Write goals with specific date (Dream Sheets to fill out are in the accompanying workbook.) Goals should be out of reach but not our of site.

Make a list of those who have wronged you and forgive them. If you cannot or should not get in touch with them write a letter saying all that you feel, and then burn the letter and say I forgive you.
