The Very Best Service!

As the happy owners of a new Winnebago RV, we were dismayed on our first trip out to discover a major problem in the construction of the roof. We called McClain's RV of Denton, TX, where we purchased our RV and Charles Tucker assured us it would be corrected as soon as we brought the vehicle in. However, this turned out to be more of a problem than McClain's bargained for. Although the construction problem was definitely the Winnebago factory's fault, the company, in spite of its long-standing reputation for customer satisfaction and for standing behind their products' excellence and performance, would do nothing about the problem. But unbelievably, McClain's did!

Their excellent service department, under the management of Don Seagraves, put Kirk and their top workers on the problem and spent several weeks correcting it to perfection. We were dismayed to learn the cost of the work was over $3,000, and yet McClain's stood behind their guarantee of complete satisfaction customer service and refused to charge us a penny. They even replaced the carpet because their workers had gotten a few spots on it!

In these days when many companies are cutting corners and reducing customer service, it is unbelievable to find one who gives old fashioned good service and stands behind their guarantee of customer satisfaction.
