Stay In Kissimee Florida: Fun Away From The Masses

Now that summer has ended unofficially, with the beginning of school, it is the perfect time to go to Florida for all the fun places that were too crowded during the peak vacation season. The attractions in and around Orlando, including Disney World, EPCOT, Universal Studios, Sea World, Cirque du Soleil, Blue Man Group, Gatorland, are not the only things to see and do while in Florida. One of our very favorite places to stay is Villas at Fantasy World Resort, a resort attraction in and of itself, whether you are staying one night or a month.
The two bedroom, newly decorated villas in the quiet, self-contained community are well planned to meet every family's needs: a large living room-dining room with a screened porch, a well-equipped full kitchen and downstairs bathroom. The upstairs has a king and a twin bedroom, a nice bathroom and a washer and dryer. The villas have HD televisions in the living area and a large hide-a-bed, so the unit sleeps six, and in each bedroom free WI-FI .
There are so many fun things to do which are included in your stay: swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, a video game room, a water balloon war ball court, snack restaurant and bar, business center and tropical landscape grounds. Each has a complete kitchen and breakfast room and a large screened porch. No special amenities have been omitted. You'll find each of these special homes away from home to be lovely and comfortable. The grounds are luxuriantly landscaped with large trees, flowers, and green lawns. You'll find this a perfect place to call home while you play at the theme parks, all within about 20 minutes' drive. Although you are in a quiet area just behind the Olive Garden Restaurant, you can walk to many restaurants and shops nearby, or drive on the sidestreet with no traffic. You can have so much family fun at this resort that you don't even have to leave it to have a perfect vacation!
Best of all, you can take a day off from the crowds and extra expenses and just have great fun relaxing and enjoying all the quieter fun here. FantasyWorld's new pool area features a zero entry pool, a long and peaceful lazy river that connects to a second grand outdoor pool, and a tall tower for the 5 story water slides. Two hot tubs nearby have a double-sided fireplace for your cozy relaxing any time of year. Cabanas throughout the area are available for daily rental. In the great new activities building you'll find all kinds of entertainment for adults and children. These include virtual golf and a gameroom, fitness center, complete with sauna and steam room. Last, but not least you'll find a lovely meeting room, which is great for family reunions. You'll find excellent tennis courts here also and lovely walks to enjoy nature and photography.
Just opened in fall of 2010 adjacent to and part of Vacation Villas Fantasy World Resort is Fantasy Surf, which houses the state-of-the-art site for the newest water sport craze: body surf sliding. This fabulous indoor, climate and humidity controlled fun house has a wonderful hill for body boarding and surfing, designed for the safe thrill of "wipe-outs," which are the fun which most participants seek. Family members and friends who don't want to participate in the wet activity can watch through a wall of windows in front where there is comfortable indoor seating. This is the teen-agers favorite place at the resort, and it is safe for almost any age. You can fall off your board till your heart's content and jump back up for more in this amazing indoor surfing beach as you glide and take fun spills in the real water of the real surfing waves. The adjoining Off Shore Surf Shop is the greatest place to find any gear you are missing. You can also watch the special even FlowTours here when they are staged. What a BLAST!! We can hardly wait to return!!!
